We aim to respond to all inquiries within 24-48 hours. Please include the email address you sign in
with and a short description of what happened.
Signing in
GoSki signs you in with a 6-digit code sent to your email. There is no password.
The code comes from Verification@goskiapp.com. If it doesn't arrive within a couple
of minutes, check your spam or junk folder, then ask for a new code.
Codes expire after a few minutes. Always use the newest code you received.
GoSki Pass
Weekly and monthly GoSki Pass subscriptions are billed by Apple through your App Store account and
renew automatically until you cancel.
Restore your Pass: sign in to the same GoSki account, open the GoSki Pass screen and
tap Restore Purchases.
Cancel: on your iPhone, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions. Deleting
the app or your GoSki account does not cancel a subscription.
Apple's guide to cancelling a subscription.
In the app, open the You tab, tap the settings button next to your name, then tap
Delete Account.
This erases your sign-in, profile, favorites, snow alerts, resort requests and the account's ski
recordings saved on that phone. Export any recordings you want to keep first.
Can't open the app? Email goskiapp@gmail.com from the address
you sign in with and ask us to delete your account.
Snow alert emails
Turn alert email off or stop following a resort on the app's Snow alerts screen.
You can also tap Unsubscribe in any alert email.
Resort conditions and maps
Snowfall, lift and trail status come from each resort's own reports and change when the resort
updates them.
Trail maps and ski-day statistics are estimates. Always follow posted resort signs and ski patrol.
